Woodshop FAQ

Do you ship wood products?

Pick-up at Blanchet House (Portland) or Blanchet Farm (Carlton) is preferred. Once you place an order, someone will reach out to coordinate product pick-up. You can request delivery or shipping at an additional cost. 

Is my purchase tax-deductible?

All items purchased through the showcase provide a direct benefit to you as our supporter/customer, so the monetary value is not tax-deductible.

Do you have wood boards available for purchase?

By keeping our residents’ recovery our highest priority, we are unable to sell boards on an ongoing basis without adding undue stress in the shop.

Can I place a custom order?

While we may not be able to complete all custom requests, we would like to hear about your project. Please email our Social Enterprise Manager at gthuillier@blanchethouse.org to start the conversation.
